Amazing how the human race can't defy the forces of nature and an apt example would be time; time just brushes off my shoulders so quickly that it's difficult to keep track of what I've done. And it's because time is uncontrollable that terrifies me at times because I want to accomplish certain things before I pass on to another world and I fear to be preoccupied with the wrong things that make me lose my focus. It's just human nature to want to be perfect but again, it's human nature to err as well. TIME. What a beautiful yet frightening tool of nature.
Having a bunch of friends that makes me laugh heartily is certainly a bliss. Last sunday, the bunch of primary school friends met up after a period of time that seemed like years and we dined at Olios. Settled at Olios due to the fate of flipping a coin (the thing we do best) and we were drawn by the ambience and the sumptuous food made available for us. Though the gathering was a short-lived one, it's indeniable that everyone had their fair share of amusement and fun. Well, it's just everyone misses everyone and with this special bonds within us, we never fear anything that strive to jeopardise this friendship. Yeah Huyu, don't be afraid, we'll be always be the same.
And back in JJC, I'm fortunate to be in 06L01. Contrary to conventional thinking that we're merely a bunch of people who are totally foreign with English, we did well enough in GP. I enjoyed myself immensely whenever all of us gathered at the cafe to play the "tapping palms" game and though we acknowledged the fact that we were making far too much commotion, we remained oblivious to others casting eyes filled with abhorrance upon us. The way we deviced a plan to irritate Mr Ho on Friday was hilarious (standing outside the class with our tutorials and the way we mimiced his pronounciation of "time" as "thumb") and whether you believe it or not, I don't hate him that much already. Yeah, human nature to be judgmental inititally then realised that you were too irrational.
Definitely a good week I had this week and I look forward to having such memorable weeks ahead! However, I can't escape the cruel fact that I've homework undone that are wating for me to screw their asses. Sigh, homework, the necessary evil.
Don't fringe when the all external forces seem to be crushing down on you, giving you no leeway to take a breather. It's only those who don't crack under pressure that are deemed as the strongest and reality has it that only the strongest survive. Please don't give up when everything seems to go anywhere except your desired direction because somehow, something will happen. To guide you and to save you.
